Product Description The Shimano SLX FC-M7100-1 cranks - an efficient, safe drivetrain The Shimano SLX FC-M7100 12-speed crank produces a chainline of 52mm when ridden with a single chainring. It is based on a direct-mount system, which significantly speeds up chainring changes. In combination with a single chainring that has Shimano Dynamic Chain Engagement+ technology (not included), good chain retention, efficiency and low noise are guaranteed. Hollow-forged crank arms reduce weight while providing highly-efficient power transmission. The FC-M7100 crank was designed for leisure and training, not so much for racing. It can also be fitted with two chainrings, resulting in the model FC-M7100-2 for a 48.8 mm chainline.
