That makes this model especially compatible for frames with 157 mm over locknut dimension, although use with 148 mm is also possible. The Q-factor is slightly wider: 181 mm instead of 178 mm. A direct-mount system is used, which significantly speeds up the process of changing the chainring. In combination with a single chainring that has Shimano Dynamic Chain Engagement+ technology (not included), good chain retention, efficiency and low noise are guaranteed. Hollow-forged crank arms reduce weight while providing the most efficient power transmission. FC-M7130 cranks are designed for leisure riding and training, less so for racing.
