Product Description Shimano CUES FC-U4010-2 - 2-piece crank with two chainrings for city, touring and MTB The CUES crankset FC-U4010-2 was designed by Shimano for Linkglide drivetrains on city, touring and mountain bikes. It is suitable for 2x9-speed, 2x10-speed and, depending on the version, also for 2x11-speed derailleurs and produces a chainline of 48.8 mm. Therefore, frame over locknut dimensions of 135 mm and 142 mm are compatible. The Q-factor is 180 mm. The 2-piece design of the crank provides an optimal stiffness-to-weight ratio and improves power transfer. The gradations are chosen so that it is possible to pedal harmoniously and smoothly on different types of terrain. The model is made of aluminium and steel. The four-armed steel chainrings are permanently installed via riveted joints.
