Product Description Shimano CUES FC-U4010-2B - 2-piece crank with two chainrings for Boost over locknut dimension The CUES crankset FC-U4010-2B was designed by Shimano for Linkglide drivetrains on mountain and touring bikes. It is suitable for 2x9-speed, 2x10-speed and 2x11-speed derailleurs and produces a chainline of 51.8 mm further out. This is why frames with the so-called Boost Standard, i.e. an over locknut dimension of 148 mm, are compatible. The Q-factor is 180 mm. The 2-piece design of the crank provides an optimal stiffness-to-weight ratio and improves power transfer. The gradation is chosen so that it can be pedalled harmoniously and smoothly on different types of terrain. The model is made of aluminium and steel. The four-armed steel chainrings are permanently installed via riveted joints.
