Product Description Shimano CUES FC-U6000-1 - 2-piece crank with one chainring and chain guard for city, touring and MTB The CUES crankset FC-U6000-1, here in the version with chain guard, was designed by Shimano for Linkglide drivetrains for sporty city, touring and mountain bike use. It is suitable for 1x9-speed, 1x10-speed and 1x11-speed gears. The special tooth profile of the chainring efficiently guides the chain even in rougher terrain and prevents it from jumping off. The 2-piece design of the crank provides an optimal stiffness-to-weight ratio and improves power transfer. The size of the chainring is chosen so that it can be pedalled harmoniously and comfortably on different types of terrain. This results in a chainline of 50 mm, which is why frame over locknut dimensions of up to 142 mm are compatible. The Q-factor is 180 mm. The crank is mainly made of aluminium; the chainring is made of steel. Thanks to the chain guard, your pants won't get caught between the chainring and the chain while riding.
