Saitaku simply Japanese. How to cook Tonkatsu: · 600g of chicken breasts (beaten and flattened), veal or pork loins cut into 4 slices · 2 eggs, lightly beaten · 150g Saitaku Panko · salt and pepper to season · plain flour 1. Season meat with salt and pepper. 2. Dip the meat lightly in flour and then in beaten eggs. Coat with panko. 3. Heat oil in a deep pan and shallow fry meat till golden brown. Turn meat and cook other side. When finished, drain meat on paper towels. 4. Serve with tonkatsu sauce, rice and vegetables.
