In vroeger tijden, zeg maar de tijd waarin we voor iedere extra klank een extra synth nodig hadden, was die delay een netelig probleem. Destijds had je MIDI-interfaces die het MIDI-signaal konden vorken, tegenwoordig kunnen we dat met de Dtronics DT-QT. Dit is een heel simpele module, een input met vier thru-outputs. Dit apparaatje is dus vooral erg handig in combinatie met grote hoeveelheden hardware waarvan de communicatie middels DIN-MIDI verloopt, denk aan vintage synthesizers.
