Professionele Proftec kozijnschroeven worden veelal gebruikt voor het direct vastzetten van deur- en raamkozijnen in massief metselwerk of beton zonder dat je daarvoor een plug voor hoeft te gebruiken, daarnaast kan je de Proftec kozijnschroef ook gebruiken oor het aan elkaar verbinden van twee kozijnen. Deze kozijnschroef van Proftec heeft de afmetingen 7,5 x 112mm en heeft de maat TX-30. Deze kozijnschroef heeft een cilindervormige kleine platkop met Torx aandrijving en is gemaakt van gehard staal dat is verzinkt. Voor het gebruik van deze schroeven wordt aangeraden om 6,0mm voor te boren, de boordiepte is de totale inschroefdiepte plus ongeveer 10mm. Voor het berekenen van de benodigde schroeflengte kun je gebruik maken van de som: kozijnbreedte + afstand tot de muur + inschroefdiepte = benodigde schroeflengte. In harde materialen zoals beton is 30-40mm inschroefdiepte al voldoende en in zachtere ondergronden
