This new map updates all of our information on this vibrant city and now adds a new map on the reverse side covering all of densely-populated Southern Brasil, to Belo Horizonte in the north, and Rio Grande in the far south. For good measure, we have included a large inset of central Rio on the map. Printed on paper, double-sided.

The interior and Amazon region will be covered separately. This map includes separate inset maps of both Rio and Sao Paulo and shows the extensive motorway network of Brasil to good advantage. The vast region of the Amazon Basin is lightly populated and is not easy to access. Our solution has been to portray the south portion on one side at a detailed scale, to enable such locations as Rio and Sao Paulo a better scale to help travellers, while mapping the north at a respectable but more limited scale on the That said, one still needs both sides of the map, as Brasilia, the capital, falls on the north side other side of the sheet. The north is also very different from the south, so we decided to expand our data base for India and publish a map covering India from Hyderabad and Mumbai south to the southern tip of the country. As the country economically modernizes, it becomes better known. As a country, India is fascinating and a great travel experience. I well remember visiting the temple city of Tiruchirappalli many years ago and travelling by local trains (an experience that tends to sear itself on to ones memory cells!) Interesting-sounding names fill the map: Madurai, Kochi, Bangalore, Nagpur, and Pune; the map reeks of adventure and exoticism!

Australia was one of the first countries ITMB published, back in the 1980s, albeit a licensed version. Our own original artwork was completed in the mid-1990s, but until recently, we have not focused on sectional maps of the country based on individual states. In 2019, we published Brisbane and Queensland, and Sydney and New South Wales. Now, we are issuing the ‘middle’ states of South Australia and Northern Territory to provide better coverage of these important parts of Australia at a better scale than a country map could provide. South Australia can be thought of as having two parts; the fertile farming economy surrounding Adelaide in the south and the much more arid northern portion. Florida has been unavailable for far too long! We wanted to improve the area of coverage while converting the artwork to a GIS-based digital data base, so the area of coverage now includes Georgia, Alabama, part of Mississippi, and most of the Carolinas. This would be an excellent map to use on the way south (or north) along I-95 or I-85 through Atlanta or Augusta and south to the Gulf Coast. The Panhandle of Florida is on the same side of the sheet, with the second side being devoted to Florida south to the Keys. There isn't enough space to show many insets; just the Orlando area and a Florida map showing population by counties. Another innovation we have introduced is to print the map on waterproof paper, for durability as well as for use as an umbrella during sudden downpours!
