Deze publicatie is een vouwkaart die de meest recente toestand van het land toont. De kaart bevat de nieuwe en vorige provincies, administratieve grenzen, meer dan 100 luchthavens, het wegen- en spoorwegennetwerk, rivieren en meren, de grootste steden en dorpen, natuurreservaten. Tijdzones, taalgebieden en het geografisch coördinatengrid zijn toegevoegd.   De nieuwe kaart van Congo is een onmiskenbaar instrument voor alle organisaties met activiteiten in de Democratische Republiek Congo, alsook voor elke reiziger die het land bezoekt.   Afmetingen: 92x58cm (open) Schaal: 1:4.000.000

This map has been a difficult update, coming in the midst of the turmoil in Haiti caused by the earthquake in the spring of 2010. This is actually two separate maps sharing a single sheet of paper. The Dom Rep side was fairly straight-forward to update, as there has been little change, but the Haiti side needed a lot of time and energy. The earthquake revealed a previously unrealized reality – nobody had any information on Haiti. Our map was the only one in existence, and it proved to be too weak to meet the needs of humanitarian groups. They, however, provided a wealth of useful information as they reached out to isolated villages about road conditions, spelling of place names, and actual locations, which we have added to our artwork. Met kleur worden de verschillende hoogtelagen weergegeven, waardoor je een mooi beeld krijgt van het land. Met symbolen worden bijvoorbeeld benzinepompen aangeduid maar ook stranden. We got lost in Tel Aviv and wasted a lot of time trying to find our way to where we were staying. Although quite good maps of Tel Aviv exist, most are in Hebrew and are very "Israeli". We decided to do a map that combined the newish city of Tel Aviv with its older and more exotic neighbour, Jaffa, which is currently dominated by those of a non-Jewish orientation. Jaffa is the ancient port used by Phoenicians, Greeks, Romans, and traders plying the Silk Road to China. Its old town is quite compact and a treat to explore.…

Tweetalige kaart (Engels en Duits). Door ingetekende lengte- en breedtegraden is het gebruik van GPS mogelijk. Met hoogtelijnen en uitgebreid wegennetwerk: daarnaast worden ook de afstanden tussen belangrijke plaatsen duidelijk leesbaar weergegeven.
