Wat is The White Castle ? The White Castle is een compact maar diep strategisch eurospel dat zich afspeelt aan het hof van Himeji. In dit spel stuur je leden van je clan naar verschillende plekken rond het kasteel om invloed op te bouwen, resources te verzamelen en je positie aan het hof te versterken. Het spel is voor 1 tot 4 spelers , geschikt vanaf 12 jaar en heeft een speelduur van ongeveer 80 minuten . Hoe verloopt een potje? Een potje The White Castle speelt zich af over drie rondes. In elke ronde plaats je dobbelstenen op bruggen en kies je vervolgens acties om clanleden, hovelingen en krijgers naar geschikte locaties te sturen, zoals de tuinen, de muren of het binnenste van het kasteel. Je probeert daarbij grondstoffen, munten en punten slim te combineren, terwijl je ook let op de volgorde van de dobbelstenen en de timing van je acties.
