Ze heeft een stuk Texaanse grond geërfd van haar grootmoeder die zij nooit heeft gekend. Met haar vriendje en wat andere vrienden pakt ze de auto voor een lange autorit, met als eindbestemming: het gigantische huis van Heather’s oma. De oma van Heather en haar biologische ouders blijken in het verleden een vreemde band met de beruchte Leatherface gehad te hebben...
