Hij begint nachtmerries te krijgen en heeft last van zijn hoofd. Vervolgens zit hij vast in zijn eigen Room 302. De ramen zijn voor geen mogelijkheid open te krijgen en de deur is vastgeketend. Er is maar n uitweg en dat is een duister gat in de badkamer. Het gat in de badkamer leidt naar een andere dimensie waar de meest rare monsters rondlopen, zoals je gewend ben van de Silent Hill serie. En van de veranderingen is het appartement. Het appartement speel je in First Person. In het appartement kom je steeds meer aanwijzingen tegen die je helpen met het verhaal maar het belangrijkste gegeven is dat je hier je gezondheid terug op peil kunt brengen en het spel kunt opslaan.
