    Product Description The XT SL-M8000-I shifter by Shimano - even more flexible thanks to I-Spec II The Shimano XT SL-M8000-I shifter can be adjusted to the rider's needs in both position and rotation thanks to I-Spec II construction, resulting in the greatest possible ergonomics. It is mounted on the handlebars with the help of a matching brake lever to save space and weight. SL-M8000-I features ergonomic, differently textured levers and a further improved Vivid Index mechanism - always known for crisp feedback. The left XT shifter can be used for 2x11-speed as well as for 3x11-speed drivetrains without a mode converter. The model comes with an Optislick cable, which reduces the effort required to shift gears by 20%.
