Product Description The Shimano FH-TC500-MS-B Boost rear hub with Micro Spline freehub for MTB use FH-TC500-MS-B is a high-performance rear hub with Micro Spline freehub suitable for mountain bikes with centre-lock brake rotors and 12 x 148 mm Boost rear width. Shimano recommends it for 12-speed drivetrains at SLX and Deore level. It is also approved for use on e-bikes. FH-TC500-MS features an appropriate ratio between weight and stiffness as well as solid cartridge bearings. A double sealing system extends the service life. The hub body is made of lightweight aluminium with an anodised finish, the pawl freehub is made of steel. Use this hub for spoke diameters of 2 or 2.3 mm.
