Product Description Shimano Deore front derailleur FD-M4100 - side-swing construction for 2x10-speed The Shimano Deore FD-M4100 front derailleur has proven itself in 2x10-speed drivetrains in MTB or City & Touring applications through its impeccable function. This is due to the side-swing design, which provides greater clearance and more shifting performance with less operating force. The front derailleur is designed for a large chainring with a maximum of 36 teeth, and the difference between the chainrings can be up to 10 teeth. It covers both a conventional chainline of 48.8 mm as well as a chainline 3 mm further out. There is a choice of bottom bracket mounting (E-Type), direct frame mounting (direct mount) or clamp mounting with a mid-height clamp (mid clamp).
