Product Description Shimano Deore crankset FC-M5100-B2 - for 148 mm over locknut dimensions The for 11-speed drivetrains differs from the FC-M5100-2 by its chainline, i.e. the distance from the frame to the centre between the chainrings. This is 51.8 mm here, or 3 mm wider, so that the cranks are only suitable for frames with an over locknut dimension of 148 mm. However, the two chainrings are also mounted on this model via a conventional 4-arm spider. Thanks to the 2-piece construction, a balanced ratio of stiffness to weight is ensured.
