Product Description Shimano RD-U8020 CUES rear derailleur for 2x11-speed - With Shadow Plus technology for touring use The Shimano CUES RD-U8020 rear derailleur is suitable for city and touring bikes with 2x11-speed Linkglide drivetrains. It has a so-called Shadow Plus chain stabiliser, which prevents the chain from slapping even on rough ground and thus counteracts chain drop. The flat design and smooth function also contribute to safe, comfortable cycling. The rear derailleur has a total capacity of 48 teeth and is only compatible with 2x gears and 45 teeth on the largest cassette sprocket. To save weight, both the cage and most other parts are made of aluminium. With its lacquered surface and CNC-machined construction, the RD-U8020 perfectly matches elegant wheels. This model is approved for e-bikes and impresses with long-lasting performance in this area as well. Sealed bearings on the upper and lower pulleys contribute to durability.
