This dress features a flared skirt, with a cross over fitted bodice & gorgeous pleated capped sleeves over the shoulders - these dresses really have that extra style! The neckline at the front is a cross over bust and the dress fastens with a zip at the back. We have photographed the dress using a 27" inch petticoat which is certainly not essential and the dress sits very nicely without.
