    De Polyend Mess is een uitgebreid multi-effect met sequencer, een combinatie die niet zo heel gebruikelijk is. Wat is 't geval; de Mess heeft vier parts, vier simultane effecten dus. En daarbij kun je denken aan redelijk gangbare effecten (delay, reverb, chorus, filter, overdrive) en wat minder gangbare effecten als 'Granular Burst', 'Particle Sampler' en een pitch-shifter. Heel veel verschillende effecten, met parameters. En juist die parameters kun je in de sequencer per step aanpassen. Zo bezien is dit niet louter een traditioneel bruikbaar effect (van overigens goede kwaliteit), 't is juist heel erg een effect voor zeer progressieve sound-designers. Natuurlijk bruikbaar voor gitaristen, maar eigenlijk buiten dat domein ook bruikbaar. Er zitten stomps op, dus 't suggereert wel hands-free gebruik, bijvoorbeeld op 't podium.
