Correctbook Goes Africa special edition A5 Sam van Tol, oprichter van de Rotterdamse sociale onderneming Correctbook, verhuist 2 oktober 2021 voor vijf maanden naar Zuid-Afrika om zijn doel “schrijven toegankelijk maken voor iedereen” persoonlijk extra kracht bij te zetten. Hiervoor is op 9 september 2021 dochteronderneming Correctbook Africa B.V. officieel opgericht. Onder die vlag gaat Sam, naast het besteden van de donaties uit de verkoopomzet, nieuwe markten voor Correctbook betreden zoals de NGO- en donoren-markt, maar ook de lokale commerciële markt. Daarnaast wil hij in Zuid-Afrika een lokaal distributiekanaal opzetten en een lokale productiefaciliteit.
