Points are gained by building outposts and fortifications, commissioning monks and confronting outsiders. There are two decks for the paladin, townsfolk and outsider cards, including all the Kickstarter promo cards. And a separate tray for vertical storage of all the small cards. There is space for all cards to be sleeved. These are the trays for the player pieces, one for each player. The green resource marker should be also added to one of these trays as shown. There are three trays for the meeple tokens, and one large tray for the silver coins and provisions. The coin and provisions tray also has sufficient space to store the metal coins available for the game. As mentioned above many of the trays can be used during the game to organize the components and make access by all players easy. When clearing the game away and packing the box, first place the start player marker on top of one of the card decks. Then place all the game board goes on top of the trays acting as a lid. On top of these place the rulebook. This fills the box lid squarely to the top and allows for vertical storage. As noted above due to the amount of boards and components that come with the game, and our requirement to have space for sleeved cards, we had to raise the height of the box lid for this insert. When fully packed the lid will be raised by 2.3 cm, though due to the neutral tone of the box base this does not affect too much the way the box looks on the shelf.
