Camping with your kids? With the convertible NOMAD® Triple-S Premium Junior, you’re ready for two seasons at once. This sleeping bag easily converts from blanket to mummy sleeping bag using the cords on the outside. In addition, this sleeping bag has a summer and an autumn side. Simply turn it over to sleep warmer or cooler. The outside of the Triple-S Premium Junior is made from lightweight polyester, and the inner layer – or lining – is made of extra-soft 100% recycled polyester. It has been made water-repellent in a nature-friendly way using a PFC-free treatment. This sleeping bag can be used in three different ways, depending on the season or temperature. How? We’ll explain: * Summer side: on warmer nights, your child can sleep under the summer side of the Triple-S Premium Junior. The summer side is clearly marked at the top left-hand corner of the sleeping bag. The summer side of the sleeping bag provides a bit less insulation than the autumn side. * Autumn side: during colder nights, you can turn the sleeping bag over and sleep under the autumn side of the Triple-S Premium Junior. You’ll clearly be able to identify the autumn side by the indication at the top left-hand corner of the bag. The autumn side of the Triple-S Premium Junior has a higher insulation value than the summer side. * From blanket to mummy sleeping bag: whether your child is sleeping under the summer or autumn side of the Triple-S Premium Junior, pulling the cords on the outside will transform it into a mummy sleeping bag. Tightening the sleeping bag more firmly around the body will retain more warmth. This sleeping bag includes a 2-way zip with two sliders so that it can be opened from both ends. This feature comes in handy if, for example, you only want to zip open the lower part of the sleeping bag to create some ventilation at the feet. Since the zipper can be opened fully, the Triple S Premium Junior can also be used as a blanket. The zipper is designed in a way that it can never snag the inner fabric and has a padded draught strip to prevent the loss of valuable body warmth via the zipper. You’ll find a small pocket on the inside of the sleeping bag where you can store valuable belongings. It is easy to air the Triple-S Premium Junior after use thanks to the handy suspension loops on the outside. It can then be stored in a very compact format using the supplied compression stuffsack. For optimum comfort, the recommended maximum body length for this sleeping bag is 160 centimetres.
