Burris Birgerstori traveled to the far North many years ago to mine arctic caves rumored to contain untapped reserves of precious gemstones. Coming up empty in his search for treasures, the burrow gnome eventually found himself in the remote settlement of Einsamall. Slowly integrating himself into every aspect of the town's business, he became the proprietor of Einsamall's only inn and eventually found himself named its mayor. Burris is the true heart of his community. It was he who contacted the Castle of Four Sides asking for help as Einsamall fell victim to an unseen threat, and he greets the heroes who answer that call once they arrive at the Einsamall Inn and Public House.
