Mezzacorona Pinot Grigio Riserva 750ML bij Jumbo

• De Grote Hamersma: 8,5 • Land van herkomst: Italie • Druifsoort: Pinot Grigio • Alcoholpercentage: 13% Mezzacorona is een groot wijnbedrijf uit het noorden van Italie. De wijnstreek Trentino profiteert van de verkoelende invloeden van de nabijgelegen Dolomieten. Specialiteit uit de streek is fruitige en verfrissende pinot grigio. Maar van dezelfde druif wordt ook een deels op eikenhouten vaten gerijpte variant gemaakt: de Riserva. In het geval van Mezzacorona rijpt 60% van de wijn op hout en 40% op roestvrijstaal. Na 8 maanden worden deze wijnen met elkaar geblend. Dankzij de rijping krijgt de Riserva wat meer diepgang dan de normale pinot grigio. Naast de vertrouwde smaak van peren, witte perzik en kamille proef je vanille. Hij heeft ook een langere afdronk. Schenk hem bij de borrel of bij pastagerechten met vis, paddenstoelen of wit vlees.
