Mattress cover in FIRE-RETARDANT PVC canvas without handles. It can be for 10 or 5 cm thick mats.

Mattress made of polyurethane foam with a density of 20 or 25 kg/m3 or, alternatively, chipboard sheets of 100, 150 and 200 kg/m3. covered by first class b2 flame retardant pvc laminated canvas, lacquered on both sides and whose approximate weight would be 618 gr/m2. The values of said cover would be: warp tensile 230 daN/5 cm, warp tear 25 daN and weft tear 20 daN, adherence 10 daN/5 cm. It has double seams made on the inside of the cover, leaving the outside free of any damaging point. The closure is done by a safety zipper protected by a double flap at a length and width of the mat itself. It includes reinforcements in the corners, metal eyelets for air outlet and removable handles for easy transportation. The use of the mat can be done on both sides.
