The seat is adjustable in both length and height so you can adjust it perfectly to your own length. You can also set the correct distance between the seat and the pedals to avoid pressure on your knees and ankles and prevent the risk of injuries. You can lean your back against the nice breathable backrest which offers optimal ventilation. The backrest can also be adjusted to your ideal seating position and ensures your back is supported. This is ideal if you have to keep training in spite of the problems you have with your back. You can also comfortably rest your arms on the armrests during training. If you hold the armrests you can use the integrated heart rate sensors to measure your heart rate.
