Trofiette are the most popular pasta shape from the region of Liguria. These little swirls with elongated ends are similar to a corkscrew. LIE GOURMET have selected a variant made with traditional durum wheat and spinach. As a pasta that originates from the home, it was traditionally always made fresh. The distinctive cuisine has been based on local know-how for over 30 years and all the ingredients used are locally sourced. We guarantee a long and natural drying process which ensures the highest quality pasta and best “al dente” bite. All pastas are presented in beautiful black carton boxes and inside the pasta is packed in a transparent foil bag which ensure the best possible storage.
