Standing at 4.6 inches tall, this crazy clown is in a wide stance and wears large red-tipped clown shoes, yellow pants, green coat and a buttoned shirt with a red bowtie around his neck. Pointing a little ray gun forward with his right hand as a menacing smile spreads across his clown face, orange hair almost seems to explode from the sides of his head as a green bowler hat rests on its pointed top. The exterior of his packaging is illustrated to create a scene from within the big top with luxurious red curtains, while the interior is a red and yellow stripe pattern that spreads out from a circle.
