High quality diamond grit file for crowning frets after levelling. Three sided for narrow, medium and wide frets. The narrow part is narrow enough for mandolin frets, the wide part is wide enough for jumbo frets. Crown file for small (R=1mm), medium (R=2mm) or wide frets (R=3mm) frets.The diamond surface makes for clean, precise and fast filing. The material is very durable and this file will last a very long time. Diamond files work on both strokes, back and forth. It will leave a smoother surface without chattering.

This brass fretsetter is ideal to tap down a fret without loosening the strings. If a fret has moved upwards, it can be reset with the fretsetter and a tap of a hammer.The fretsetter fits over the crown of the fret.This is a well designed brass tool with the right weight and a length of 100 mm and it has a width of 7 mm.Also very usefull to hold down a fret that is being glued in.
