De Roland TR-8S (https://www.tonecontrol.nl/roland-tr-8s-rhythm-performer) had zichzelf al bewezen als veelzijdige, maar toch eenvoudig te gebruiken sampler. Om ook een wat kleiner alternatief te bieden, voor de mensen die niet meer dan 6 samples tegelijk hoeven te gebruiken, biedt Roland nu ook de Roland TR-6S! Net als bij zijn grote broer zijn hierbij de legendarische klanken van o.a. de 808, 909, 707 en 606 bijgevoegd, maar er is ook de mogelijkheid om eigen samples te gebruiken.
