    The Corelli Alliance strings are the result of know-how in the process of the composite fibres. We are the only manufacturer having been able to adapt the Alliance KF fibre for making musical strings for different instruments (guitar, lute, harp, violin, viola and now cello). To reach such a point we had to solve a certain number of technological problems inherent to the nature of the Alliance KF material and worked through the complex processes necessary to give it the characteristics desired in top quality strings.     Although wound on a nylon core, Corelli Crystal strings position in the top-of-the-range product thanks to the STABILON multifilament specially elaborated to provide the optimum characteristics of elasticity and elongation necessary for the manufacturing of strings for bowed instruments. Corelli's know-how has allowed them to develop a very high quality wound on nylon string that offers a classic sound and does not have the usual nylon sound, a sound which is a bit hard and aggressive.     Scaled to fit 4/4 size violin with a playing length of 13 inches (328mm), medium tension strings are optimized to the needs of a majority of players. Kaplan gold-plated violin E strings provide a rich, vibrant tone. The precision plating process also provides for a string with enhanced corrosion resistance. The Kaplan Non-Whistling E string is specifically designed to solve open E-string "whistling" occurrences. It produces a warm, rich tone that blends very well with lower strings. Kaplan Non-Whistling E includes one free Kaplan Ball End Adapter for use on single hook style fine tuners.
