    Met de D'Addario Dynaflex zijn je handen, polsen en voorarmen in no-time opgewarmd voor een optreden of oefensessie. Bovendien train je met deze bal je uithoudingsvermogen en snelheid. Een praktische en zeer efficiënte trainingsoplossing voor muzikanten, van gitarist en bassist tot toetsenist en drummer. Je gebruikt de Dynaflex door hem te draaien en heen en weer te bewegen. Hierdoor begint de interne tol te draaien, waarna je de snelheid langzaam kunt opvoeren. De D'Addario Dyna-Flex vormt overigens een goede combinatie met de Vari-Grip vingertrainer.
