Technology:Handmade Tubeless Ready Handmade TLR tyres are made from the same materials and using the same processes as Challenge's handmade tubular tyres, except that no inner tube is incorporated. The carcass is wrapped around an aramid bead so that the tyre can be mounted on a clincher rim.
