    Opgenomen in het House of Blues in Los Angeles tijdens het lanceringsevenement voor Smile Records en de release van het laatste studioalbum van de band, op 25 september 2001, slechts 2 weken na 9/11. Er werden gesprekken gevoerd met de band, het management, de distributeur en House of Blues, die allemaal erg bezorgd waren over de timing, maar na de voor- en nadelen te hebben besproken, werd besloten dat de show zou doorgaan, als een blijk van kracht.     Chi-Sound Records was launched in 1976, by US music industry executive and soul producer Carl Davis, and one of the label's first singles, which has endured the test of time and had a 21st Century resurgence by being the theme tune to the UK Broadcaster/Presenter/DJ, Norman Jay MBE, to open his national BBC Radio show. The Chicago label produced some of the great soul Artists of the late '70s and became a new home for the legendary 'Duke of Earl', Gene Chandler, whose disco-era classic, “Get Down”, tore-up the dancefloors around the world. Fronted by singer/guitarist Jake Burns, the first LP of this 2LP set kicks off with "Roots, Radicals, Rockers & Reggae" from their Go For It album, recorded at London's Paris Theatre in 1981, a venue used for many classic BBC Live In Concerts. The second LP features an equally raucous show captured at Norwich's University of East Anglia in the UK in front of a highly appreciative crowd. Recorded a year after the Paris Theatre show, the 1982 set starts with "Tin Soldiers" and ends with "Gotta Getaway."
