    De Pinot Noir van Acrobat komt uit verschillende wijngaarden in de heuvels en valleien van Oregon, waaronder Willamette Valley, Umpqua Valley en Rogue Valley, beroemd om de hoge kwaliteit van Pinot Noirs. De druiven worden ontsteeld en ondergaan een koude inweking voordat de gisting plaatsvindt in RVS tanks. Tijdens het fermentatieproces wordt de 'hoed' van druivenschillen af en toe naar beneden geduwd voor extra smaakextractie.

    Na de gisting rijpt de wijn 8 maanden in Frans eiken, waarvan 25% nieuw. Het resultaat is een robijnrode wijn met aroma's van frambozen, kersen, chocolade en een subtiele aardse ondertoon van bosgrond. De smaak is sappig en fruitig, met een lichte kruidigheid en frisse tannine.

    De wijn is een uitstekende match voor gerechten zoals toast met paddenstoelen en kan geserveerd worden bij 14-16 °C.
