Met een gepatenteerde gehard stalen vierkante paraboolbeugel van 13 mm en ABUS power cell technology is dit slot bestand tegen trekken en slaan. Bovendien zorgt de ABUS X Plus cilinder voor een hoge bescherming tegen manipulaties, zoals picking.Het slot wordt geleverd met twee sleutels, waarvan één LED-verlicht is voor makkelijk gebruik in het donker. Daarnaast is het slot voorzien van een dubbele vergrendeling van de beugel in het slothuis, waardoor het extra veilig is. De automatic keyhole cover beschermt tegen vuil en corrosie.
